Artist annotation always visible

Description

Since you can edit an Artist while viewing an Album, it is very useful to always display Artist Annotation which often contains mandatory info about how to edit it. [Good example could be Artist CAKE]

(Alternatively, it could be done a "page lock" about Artist data and only automod could edit it)

I dont think it's a good idea. Artists annotation may be quite long, and now that annotation are not collapsed anymore to a shorter form, this might be very unpleasant. http://musicbrainz.org/artist/f3b8e107-abe8-4743-b6a3-4a4ee995e71f.html

Furthermore, such artist detailed informations (like artist ARs) IMHO are not at their place when on the release level, and might even prove confusing.

Suggesting wontfix?
